1. Injection device: The main function is to uniformly plasticize the plastic, and inject a certain amount of molten material into the cavity of the mold with sufficient pressure and speed. It is mainly composed of plasticizing parts, hoppers, metering devices, transmission devices, injection and moving cylinders, etc. Plasticizing parts----consists of screw, barrel and nozzle.
2. Mold clamping device: its function is to realize the opening and closing of the mold, and to ensure that the molding mold can be tightly closed and the product can be released during injection. It is mainly composed of a fixed template, a movable template, a tie rod connecting the fixed template, a mold clamping cylinder, a mold shifting cylinder, a connecting rod mechanism, a mold adjustment device, and a product ejection device.
3. Hydraulic system and electrical control system: its function is to ensure that the machine works accurately and effectively according to the predetermined requirements of the process (pressure, speed, temperature, time) and action procedures.
