1. Pay attention to the quality of product molding and the operation of equipment. In case of unsafe factors such as poor ejection or malfunction of electrical and hydraulic components, immediately suspend production and ask professional personnel to inspect and troubleshoot;
2. Prevent the decomposition of plastic due to overheating or the spraying of hot materials from burning the human body, and prevent the generation of toxic gases from causing harm to the human body;
3. Avoid contact with high-temperature or sharp parts, such as ovens, molds, blades, etc., to prevent burns or cuts;
4. Avoid making adjustments or repairs during equipment operation. If necessary, turn off the power or air source first and take necessary safety measures;
5. Machine operators are prohibited from leaving their work positions at will. If it is necessary to leave, the equipment operation should be stopped first and other personnel should be notified.
3、 After operation
1. Turn off the power or air source of the equipment and disconnect the plug or valve;
2. Clean the equipment and surrounding environment, and place waste and leftover materials in designated containers;
3. Use a grinder to process leftover materials into granules, mix them with new materials, and then put them into a sheet material machine to pull sheets;
4. Package or print the finished product as required, and attach labels or barcodes;
