For materials with different thicknesses, different lower mold gaps should be selected. The gaps are too small, easy to bite, and the burrs are too large.
Different materials of punching machine molds, such as stainless steel, aluminum copper, etc., should be selected for different materials of plates, and special steel should be used.
The upper and lower mold seats of the stamping machine should be regularly inspected for coaxial alignment. If the mold position is incorrect, it is easy to gnaw or break the mold on one side.
The mold should be gradually adjusted upwards to the appropriate position, otherwise it will be easy to form.
When the cutting edges of the upper and lower molds are worn to R0.25mm, a re cutting is required.
Each blade (blade feed) must not exceed 0.013 millimeters, and due to excessive grinding, the surface temperature of the mold is too high. This condition is called annealing treatment, and the mold becomes soft, greatly reducing the lifespan of the mold. During the blade grinding process, it is necessary to increase the coolant.
After the blade is polished, the edges need to be treated with oilstone to remove sharp edges and angles, and then demagnetized and oiled.
When the depth of the injection mold is not enough, the height of the punch can be adjusted to the required size.
The number of mold edge grinding tools is a certain number, and if the CNC common number cncdar reaches this value, the punch will be scrapped. If used for a long time, it can easily cause damage to molds and machines, resulting in small losses.
Attention should be paid before and after mold replacement, blade mold, and equipment startup to prevent equipment, mold, and personnel injury.
